Caramel Apple

Ingredients:

2 frozen over-ripe bananas

6 pitted medjool dates

1 cup frozen apple pieces

Directions:

Freezing apples:  Core and cut apple into large cubes.

TIP: Leave skin on apple and use a sweet or tart variety like  Fuji or Grannysmith.


1. Slightly thaw your frozen fruit prior to putting through your yonanas maker
2. Insert 1 frozen banana 
3. Add 3 pitted medjool dates
4. Add 1/2 cup frozen apple pieces
5. Alternate remaining ingredients
6. Stir in bowl to combine
7. Enjoy!
